Kartisia: The Divine Sword and the Dance of Destruction with the Wind

Domain of the Sword Dance: The Call of Destiny’s Winds
In that windswept domain, a lone figure approaches. She is Kathisia, a warrior from distant shores, wielding a swift blade and carrying the power of the wind. Like an ocean breeze, she embodies both gentleness and wildness, freshness and the salty tang of the sea.
Kathisia’s sword is one destined to be entwined with fate. Each swing tells a tale of wind and waves. As her blade cuts through the air, one can almost hear whispers in the wind and see flickering light in the foam. Her emergence is not just the birth of a character but an eternal fable of belief and freedom.
Kathisia is a 5-star Anemo character who wields a rapier. In her world, the sword and the wind are inseparable companions. Her base HP is at 77%, allowing her to maintain unwavering resolve even against formidable foes.
Her signature weapon, “Divine Sovereign Sword,” carries the weight of her original mission. With a base attack of 413, she can swiftly breach enemy defenses. At R1, her HP increases by 12%, enhancing her endurance in prolonged battles. After using her Elemental Skill or Normal Attack, she ignores 8% of the target’s defense, making her a formidable opponent against high-defense enemies. When the target has more than one layer of Anemo Hypostasis, her damage increases by 20%, making her a standout in teamplay.
In combat, Kathisia’s form changes with the battlefield. When she accumulates enough energy, she transforms into Euthymia, a being shrouded in mystery. In this form, her HP drops to 50% of its maximum, but her Anemo damage bonus increases by 60%. This transformation is not just physical but a full release of her inner power.
Her Normal Attack consists of up to four consecutive strikes, each infused with the wind’s power. The fourth strike applies two layers of Anemo Hypostasis and summons an illusion of the Divine Sovereign Sword, which plays a crucial role in subsequent battles by adding extra damage and range to her Plunge Attacks. Her Charged Attack also applies two layers of Anemo Hypostasis and summons an illusion of the Divine Sovereign Sword. Her Aerial Attack deals damage and recalls the sword illusions on the field, enhancing her Plunge Attack while granting different buffs.
Her Elemental Skill, “This Sword in the Name of Man,” not only launches enemies but also applies two layers of Anemo Hypostasis and summons an illusion of the Divine Sovereign Sword. This skill sets the stage for her subsequent attacks, allowing enemies to accumulate Anemo Hypostasis under her blade.
Her Elemental Burst, “The Knight’s Prayer from the Heart,” is truly awe-inspiring. In her Euthymia form, she accumulates resolve, and when it reaches 120 points, she unleashes the devastating “Tidal Fury, Roar of the Blade,” dealing catastrophic damage. This skill not only restores 70% of her HP but also increases damage based on the number of Anemo Hypostasis layers on the enemy, with a maximum damage boost of five layers.
Euthymia’s Normal Attacks and skills accumulate resolve, making her combat rhythm more flexible and varied. She can build up resolve through Normal Attacks, Aerial Attacks, Charged Attacks, and her Elemental Skill to unleash even more powerful skill combinations.
